3. Be kind.
4. Go outside.
There is a world.
5. Be grateful.
Things you have been lucky at.
6. Don't compare your place in life to others.
Comparison is an enemy of happiness.
7. Cut that garbage out.
Stop checking email in the morning. Limit your social media and news intake.
